At Acemark Stationers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you may be eligible to return the product. However, please note the following conditions:

– **Manufacturing Defect Item:** If the product has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned.
– **Wrong Dispatch:** If you receive a product that you did not order, you can return it.
2. **Return Conditions:**
– If a free product is delivered along with the main product, both the main product and the free product must be returned.
– If the product is part of a package deal, all products included in the package must be returned to process a refund.

a. Manufacturing Defect Item Return Option
b. Wrong Dispatch Option
4. **Return Cost:**
– If your return meets the specified return options, the return of the product will be free of cost.

a. The product is in its original condition.
b. The returned product is not damaged.
c. The return is made within 15 days from the billed date.

– The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
7. **Refund Process:**
– Upon receiving the returned product, a refund will be processed to the same source of payment, deducting the return cost (if applicable).
